Returns

  • Shipments are made by NTL transport agency.
  • Delivery times will be informed by e-mail to the customer indicating the day the order is delivered to the transport agency.
  • The shipping costs include in all cases the VAT, but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. To do this we only ask you to notify us in writing by mail to pilar@cleanerlamp.com indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase. For our part, as soon as we receive your email, we will inform you by email the process to follow. In this case Cleaner Lamp will reimburse the customer the amount of the order (except shipping costs). Also, it will be the customer who assumes the cost of the postage for the return of the products.
  • In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to Cleaner Lamp (defective product or not matching the reference purchased) will be Cleaner Lamp who is responsible for collecting the products and exchange them for the correct ones, or pay the customer the amount of the purchase, taking over all costs associated with this return or exchange.
